Martina Kalamiza Grozdek is a partner primarily specializes in banking and finance and capital markets. She assists clients, mostly financial and credit institutions, private equity funds and companies both domestic and international in some of the most prominent financing transactions in Croatia. Her areas of specialization encompasses a diverse range of financings, including acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance. She is also engaged in general banking, financing and investment fund regulations.

Martina also has extensive expertise and profound knowledge in NPL/debt restructuring, securitizations and other structured finance products.

Martina regularly advices clients on insolvency, corporate and real estate matters and led the team in one-of-a kind credit institutions insolvency matters.
