Felipe has led the Firm as General Director of the Firm in individual, M&A, special high complex labor projects and collective bargaining processes in both the private and public sectors. Also, designing collective employment policies and strategies, advising several new companies in the last 12 months, such us, CIPLAS, BP ATENTO COLOMBIA, TRASNPORTADORA DE GAS INTERNACIONAL -TGI, GERFOR, AGUAS DE LA SABANA, CLUB LOS LAGARTOS, GRUPO LEMCO, INGENIO CARMELITA, BIOENERGY among others.

Felipe was recently nominated and selected as member and of the Colegio de Abogados del Trabajo and Colegio de Abogados Rosaristas. He was appointed fin the resent list by the Colombian Supreme Court of Justice as Arbitrator in matters of labor law in Colombia, instance where he was designated as president of the arbitration tribunal in the labor conflict of TELEFONICA COLOMBIA in 2023.

He complements his work activity with his participation as Director of Labor Affairs at Tanque Al Centro, led by the former Minister of Technology of the Information and Communication and actual Congressmen of Colombians Congress , David Luna Sánchez and writing labor article opinions at Asuntos Legales – La República.

Additionally, he has been nominated for the labor lawyer of the year of the legal 500 award.
