Position
April King Legal - Solicitor and Head of Training.
I am responsible for providing initial and ongoing training to all staff members, but mainly for trainee lawyers who are undertaking their two year qualifying employment period to become a qualified Chartered Legal Executive/Solicitor. The training that I deliver includes structured sessions, regular 1-1 progress meetings and informal discussions. The training covers all aspects of being a private client lawyer, including technical knowledge, soft skills, relationship building and file management.
