Alejandro is a lawyer specialized in mergers and acquisitions, and corporate, contractual and foreign exchange matters.

He has extensive experience in complex transactions, both local and international, in various sectors, especially in the energy, healthcare, pharmaceutical and retail sectors. He has participated in mergers, acquisitions and reorganization transactions that have been recognized as "transaction of the year" by prestigious international publications. Alejandro has worked at leading firms in Colombia and New York (Shearman & Sterling LLP). This has enabled him to acquire a global and strategic vision of his clients' businesses.
