Currently she coordinates the staff of senior and junior lawyers in the commercial and corporate law department. Her main fields of expertise are commercial law, corporate law, consumer protection litigation, and intellectual property,

Mrs. Molinares stands out for her skills and experience in the structuring and negotiation of all kinds of commercial contracts, in consumer litigation procedures carried out in the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, management of trademark and patent portfolios, including infringement prosecution procedures, and legal consultancy in intellectual property matters.

During 2021 she actively participated in the forums, trainings, and committees carried out by the ANDI, in connection with the new SAGRILAFT compliance measures that became mandatory for law firms.
