Adriana is arbitrator  of the labor Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice since 2017.  She has worked in DG&A sice 2004 and became partner of the Firm in 2016

She is part of the Labor Committee of the Chamber of Legal services of the Association of Colombian industries and entrepeneuers (ANDI), and is a member of Human Talent Committee of the Colombo American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM)

Graduated with a law degree from Externado University of Colombia in 2004. She has postgraduate degree in labor law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2008)
