Patraporn is a partner who advises on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate matters, focus on corporate governance. She specializes in advising on major domestic and international securities offerings, and has extensive experience with offerings under Rule 144A/Regulation S, under the U.S. Securities Act. She is also highly experienced in advising on Thailand's privatization of state-owned enterprises, and on representing clients on SEC and SET regulatory matters.

Patraporn has more than 20 years' experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She advises on major domestic and international securities offerings under Rule 144A/Regulation S, under the U.S. Securities Act, and under Thai securities law, as well as on Thailand's privatization of state-owned enterprises. She is well-recoginzed in the capital markets industry, actively advising listed companies on SEC and SET regulatory matters, and is heavily involved in securities law reform. She is a member of the SEC's Takeover Regulation Committee, was a member of the Equity Offering Regulation Committee, and served as a Chairperson of the Thai Company Secretary Club, under the Thai Listed Companies Association.
