Mani Gupta heads the litigation and insolvency litigation practices at Sarthak Advocates & Solicitors. She counsels clients in corporate and commercial disputes across various courts, tribunals, and arbitrations. With expertise in financial difficulties, she guides clients through Corporate Debt Restructuring and Strategic Debt Restructuring processes of the Reserve Bank of India. She excels in commercial arbitrations related to construction, power, and infrastructure projects. Recognized among the Top 100 Women in Litigation by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific, she is also ranked by Legal 500, IFLR1000, Asialaw Profiles, and others. Mani Gupta has also been ranked in the Legal 500 (Legalease) Asia-Pacific 2024 Rankings for her outstanding contributions to Project and Energy, India. Mani has also been recognized as one of the Top Disputes Lawyers in India, 2023 by Asian Legal Business (ALB).

Mani also leads the firm's education sector and policy intervention practice. She has extensive experience as a corporate transactional lawyer, specializing in managed funds, including offshore and venture capital funds. She has advised the Government of India on public-private partnership projects in education and reviewed school education laws for the Government of Delhi. She has provided expert depositions to Parliament's Standing Committees on several bills, including the National Academic Depository Bill, 2011.

Actively involved in drafting Codes for Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace, Mani serves on several internal complaints committees. She contributes articles to newspapers, legal journals, and blogs, and is frequently quoted by leading media outlets. Empanelled as an arbitrator with the Delhi International Arbitration Center and the Competition Commission of India, she has adjudicated numerous disputes. An alumna of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Mani previously worked with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, New Delhi, and is a member of the Governing Board of her alma mater's Alumni Association.
