Andrii focuses on dispute resolution and commercial arbitration, with extensive experience in commercial litigation, as well as in handling matters related to public procurements and competition before the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee.

Andrii advises the State of Ukraine and other clients in international investment and commercial arbitrations under the rules of ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, VIAC, SCC, ICAC at the CCI of Ukraine, etc. Andrii also advises clients on issues of applicable law, setting aside and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign court decisions in Ukraine.

Andrii also represents prominent companies in public tenders and in contesting tender outcomes before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and commercial courts. Additionally, he defends clients in commercial courts against decisions by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine related to abuse of dominance, unfair competition, or anticompetitive coordinated actions.
