Andriy Karnaukhov has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, corporate law, foreign investments, cross-border transactions and management optimization, banking and corporate finance, bankruptcy, intellectual property and litigation.

Before joining private legal practice, Andriy gained extensive legal experience working in legal departments of large multinational companies operating in Ukraine. In 1996-2000 Andriy Karnaukhov headed the legal department of McDonald's Ukraine Ltd.

Since 2000 Andriy has represented the interests of the State of Ukraine, its ministries, Ukrainian and foreign clients and organizations, led the projects for such companies as McDonald's Ukraine, "IKEA Ukraine", "Crimean Titan", Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Agro-industrial Holding "Astarta-Kyiv", Wells Fargo Bank, Societe General, EBRD, UNDP, handled consolidation assets and corporate restructuring of agricultural and energy sector enterprises.

Andriy has been repeatedly recognized as one of the leaders in the practice areas of "Construction and Real Estate", "Corporate Law", "International Law" according to Best Lawyers and Ukrainian research "Client's Choice. 100 Best Lawyers of Ukraine" and included in the list of the Top-100 Lawyers of Ukraine in 2021, 2023, 2024.
