Ivan advises both public and private companies and financial institutions on a range of corporate transactions and governance matters, mainly cross-border and domestic M&A, initial and secondary equity offerings, private equity transactions, joint ventures, hostile takeovers and shareholder activism. Ivan regularly acts for both listed and private companies across a variety of sectors including pharma, energy, hospitality, financial services, retail and real estate. Ivan holds the Executive MBA from the IEDC-Bled School of Management in Slovenia.
