Vladimir’s work focuses on tax law, financial transactions, M&A, and corporate restructuring in various industries. He regularly advises clients on financial deals, where his engagement also covers a strategic approach to banking and finance mandates in relation to different restructuring frameworks.

Vladimir heads the firm’s tax law department, with an emphasis on tax law aspects in transactions. He specializes in VAT and international tax law, and tax controversy matters. His engagements also include transfer pricing and other local tax matters. He represents clients in tax proceedings and deals with EU tax law on a daily basis.

Having received his Mag. Jur. from the University of Zagreb and his LL.M. degree (cum laude) from Tilburg University (The Netherlands) focusing on International Business Tax Law.
