Career
Founding partner of the Rafael Pandolfo Advogados Associados law firm. He has extensive experience in tax consulting and administrative litigation. He was an administrative judge of the Administrative Court of Tax Appeals (TARF/RS) and currently aligns the experience of a judge with the drafting of defence in administrative tax proceedings, and in the execution of tributary planning of indirect taxes (ICMS, PIS, COFINS) aiming at the recovery of credits in companies. He is the partner responsible for strategic clients of the firm.
