Career

Lucy’s practice at Richmond Chambers includes a wide variety of immigration and nationality cases. She is part of both the business and personal teams.

Lucy has experience in business applications and administrative reviews further to the Skilled Worker, Expansion Worker, Overseas Business Representative, Global Talent and Innovator Founder routes. She also assists in Sponsor Licence applications and advising on associated compliance issues.

Her personal immigration work ranges from family applications to Appendix EU applications and appeals, visit visas, and asylum and human rights claims and appeals. She represents in applications to naturalise or register as a British citizen, and assists with challenges to decisions to deport or deprive citizenship.

Prior to joining Richmond Chambers, Lucy’s casework also included deportation appeals, applications for indefinite leave under the domestic violence provisions, and a wide range of family and asylum applications and appeals.
