Career

Neil is a corporate, banking and finance lawyer. He qualified in 1996 while working in-house at Northern Rock plc before moving into private practice at national and regional law firms including partner roles at Taylor & Emmet LLP and Lupton Fawcett LLP. Neil’s practice covers the full spectrum of middle market and lower M&A transactions and all types of debt and equity funding.

Neil provides corporate law advice to partnerships, SMEs, OMBs, family businesses, corporates (local, national and international) and their stakeholders, start-ups and scale ups, private equity and venture capital funds, angel investors, banks, ABLs, corporate and individual lenders and borrowers, MBO/MBI teams and property investors/developers. Across all sectors.
