Senior Associate

Tim first qualified as a solicitor in the 1980s and has practised as a Commercial Disputes solicitor for over 30 years.  

Tim is a key player in our High Value Commercial Disputes team.  

Tim’s specialist areas of practice are banking and financial claims, intellectual property, shareholder and company disputes and contract claims, including Franchising.  

In 2017, Tim was one of two partners in a litigation team which was nominated as dispute team of the year for the Midlands (excluding Birmingham) and participated in the national final.  

This year, he has acted in a high-profile Defamation claim which concluded successfully in the Court of Appeal and was featured in the national press and mentioned in Parliamentary debates.
