Senior Associate

Janhavi is a Senior Associate with the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, and provides expertise on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions to global clients within the Energy, Sustainability, and Mobility industry. This sector specialisation makes her ideally positioned to assist clients across the solar and hydro, hydrogen, alternative fuels, fuel cell technology, and e-mobility sectors. She assists with complex commercial contracts, private and public M&A and joint ventures, private equity, pre-merger competition law, and merger approvals, global business structuring, promoter disputes, employee incentive schemes, and cross-border investments. In addition to her experience in corporate and commercial advisory, she also assists clients with specific regulatory hurdles that plague the energy sector.
