Cirio Advokatbyrå AB’s Stockholm-based capital markets team has broad experience in both equity and debt transactions. Recently, the team has been especially active on the equity side, handling IPOs, share issuances, and corporate spin-offs, notably in the technology, life sciences, healthcare, energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors. Annika Andersson, with over 20 years’ experience advising major Swedish and international companies, leads the ECM practice, while Dennis Luttropp Hansson heads up the DCM department. Banking and finance lawyer Jesper Johansson also offers DCM expertise to issuers and arrangers, especially concerning high-yield and investment-grade bonds.
