Position
Juan Bautista Matienzo joined O’Farrell in 1996 and is a lawyer in the Litigation Department.
He has worked in O’ Farrell advising several companies of various issues (contracts, tax, business affairs, guarantees). Concurrently, he was in charge of the supervision and general management of more than two thousand trials in civil, commercial, tax and contentious-administrative matters, pending before courts of the City of Buenos Aires and various provinces in Argentina.
He is currently in charge of a large litigation portfolio in civil and commercial matters, pending before courts of the City of Buenos Aires and various provinces in Argentina.
Education
He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1974.
