Public Law and Economic Regulation

Ana Belen Micciarelli is a Partner in the Public and Administrative Law area. She joined the firm in 2015.

Ms. Micciarelli’s practice focuses on assisting clients operating in highly regulated markets -including energy, gas, mining, hydrocarbons, telecommunications and personal data-, as well as advising on public procurement (goods, services and public works), both in federal, provincial and municipal jurisdictions. She stands out for her experience in public and private infrastructure works and in sustainability matters.

Member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association. Public Procurement Observatory of Universidad Austral Member of the International Bar Association (IBA).

She graduated with honors from Universidad Austral (2015), where she also earned a master´s degree in Administrative Law.

She has a degree on the Legal Regime of Public-Private Participation Contracts, as well as on the treatment of personal data.

In 2019, she attended the Academy of American and International Law, professional update program organized by The Center for American and International Law in Dallas, Texas.
