Career
Archil Giorgadze advises clients on general corporate matters, local and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, complex commercial matters, foreign investments, project financing and regulatory issues and commercial arbitrations. He is experienced in analysing national laws and regulations, drafting contractual frameworks and negotiating with potential investors and government authorities on public private partnerships.
In the 2021, 2018 and 2017 editions of Chambers Global and Chambers Europe, Mr. Giorgadze is recommended in the Georgia: General Business Law category and is noted for his visibility on M&A deals. He is described as “well experienced and always eager to help and solve problems.” In the Legal 500 EMEA, 2020 and 2019 editions Archil is distinguished as the leading individual in Commercial, Corporate and M&A.
