Nicola focuses his practice on cross-border and local merger and acquisition transactions (including energy projects), complex commercial matters and joint ventures and corporate finance transactions, as well as commercial arbitration and pre-litigation negotiations. He has developed extensive relationships with key players in the business, government and diplomatic circles in Georgia. Nicola is currently leading on a number of M&A deals and large infrastructure projects to be developed on a BOT basis involving foreign investors.
