Ozzie Ou specializes in labor law, foreign-related legal service and corporate law.  He is a member of the champion team of the first Guangzhou & Foshan Youth Lawyer Innovative Legal Service Competition and a member of the Talent Pool of Guangdong Foreign-related Lawyers.

Ozzie Ou has excellent English skills which facilitates his working with overseas clients. Ozzie has handled an abundance of litigation and non-litigation projects in employment management and labor disputes for foreign-funded enterprises and foreign clients.  Ozzie is experienced in responding to intense labor issue situations.  On many occasions Ozzie has represented enterprises to successfully negotiate with employees or their relations.

Ozzie Ou has serviced several Fortune 500 organizations and famous domestic and abroad enterprises as their permanent legal counsel; additionally, Ozzie has particular expertise in contract review, advertising compliance, and anti-commercial bribery.
