Her practice areas are labor law, construction engineering and corporate law.

Since practice, she has handled many labor dispute cases, accumulated rich labor dispute resolution experience, and successfully passed the assessment of labor and personnel dispute arbitrators organized by the Guangdong Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department. Ann XIE is hired as a part-time arbitrator by the dispute arbitration commission. In addition, Ann has provided non-litigation legal affairs such as bidding, state-owned asset transactions, PPP projects for many large companies, and especially has extensive experience in bidding for construction projects.
