Stefan is specialized in Intellectual property, Media & Entertainment and Marketing Law, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters and working with clients in all industries. Within Intellectual Property law he has a particular focus on Copyright and Trademark law. Within Media & Entertainment his main experience lies in the film, tv, music, gambling and computer gaming industries.

Mannheimer Swartling 1992-1994 (associate), 1996-1998 (associate) and 2005-2014 (partner); Danowsky & Partners 1994-1996 (associate); Vinge 1998-2005 (associate until 2000, partner from 2001); Kastell 2014-2019 (partner); Westerberg & Partners 2019- (partner).

Stefan is on the Standing Committees for Intellectual Property and Marketing, respectively, of the ICC International Chamber of Commerce Sweden. Further, he is a member of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL), the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (SFIR), the Swedish Association for Copyright (SFU) and the Swedish Association for Competition and Marketing Law (KMF). In both SFIR and AIPPI he is a member of the organization’s working group for copyright law and its working group for trademark law. Stefan is also a member of MARQUES’ Copyright Team.
