Victoria specialises in commercial dispute resolution and insurance, acting for Swedish and international clients in arbitration, litigation, and non-contentious insurance matters. Highlights include successfully representing a Swedish insurance company before the Supreme Court in a coverage dispute arising out of a pandemic related business interruption claim. She regularly advises major domestic and international insurers on large and complex insurance and reinsurance coverage issues. Her experience also includes representing clients in construction disputes, and in cases concerning the set-aside and annulment of arbitration awards, and enforcement of arbitration awards and foreign judgments, acting for or against sovereign states.

Victoria joined Westerberg & Partners as an associate in 2022. Prior to that she served as a law clerk at a district court in Stockholm 2021-2022 and worked as an associate at Advokatfirman Vinge 2019-2021.

Victoria is a member of the Swedish Bar Association, Young Arbitrators Sweden (YAS), Swedish Women in Arbitration Network (SWAN) and the Swedish Insurance Law Association.

Victoria holds a B.A. in Law and Politics from Queen Mary, University of London, and an LL.M. from Stockholm University.
