Position

Natalia has over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer specialized in arbitration and dispute resolution. She acts as arbitrator and represents clients in both  international arbitration and Swedish courts. Before joining Westerberg & Partners, Natalia held senior positions at the SCC Arbitration Institute, where she was involved in the administration of high-profile international cases and contributed to policy discussions on ISDS reform, EU sanctions and technology in arbitration.  Natalia is frequently invited as a speaker at international arbitration conferences and has contributed to discussions on arbitration procedure, institutional developments, and dispute resolution trends. She is a member of several arbitration organizations and has been recognized for her expertise in cross-border disputes.

Natalia is a Swedish national. She holds an LL.M. from Stockholm University and is fluent in English, Swedish, and Russian, with working knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian.

Career

Natalia is a counsel at Westerberg & Partners following eighteen years as counsel and Deputy Secretary General at the SCC Arbitration Institute. Prior to that she was an associate at GDA and Vinge.

Memberships

Natalia is a Member of the Board of Finland Arbitration Institute, a Member of the Advisory Board of Stockholm International Hearing Center and Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Swedish Arbitration Association.
