Katja specialises in environmental, planning, regulatory, administrative and constitutional law (including litigation). She provides support for project developers during complex approval procedures, particularly in the energy and transport sectors, advising on all phases of infrastructure projects. Katja also has special expertise in nuclear law. Before POSSER SPIETH WOLFERS & PARTNERS was founded, she was a principal associate in the public law department  of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.
