Senior Partner; Head - Labor Relations and Employment Group

Ramon André F. Cedro is a Senior Partner and heads the Labor Relations and Employment Group of the Firm. He is also a key Partner of the Firm’s Litigation Group with particular focus on complex litigation matters and arbitration, internal investigations, and corporate governance issues. Raffy was a finalist for “Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year” in ALB’s 2020 Philippine Law Awards.

Raffy has extensive experience on several high-profile matters. He has been involved in the Firm’s representation of the country’s largest online news website in its disputes with the government, the Firm’s representation of one of the country’s largest food and manufacturing corporations in successfully litigating labor cases filed by its employees as encouraged by radical groups, and the Firm’s representation of several clients in connection with internal investigations and corporate governance and compliance reviews, among others.

Raffy also handles a variety of issues relating to family relations law, including nullity of marriage, the application and implementation of Violence Against Women and their Children Law , succession, and estate management. He is also currently counseling heavily on Intellectual Property Law and Immigration Law.

A member of the Philippine Bar since 2007, Raffy obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree major in Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University, and his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda University of Law- Manila.
