A seasoned litigator, he has vast experience in handling creditor-initiated petitions for corporate rehabilitation of special purpose vehicles (SPVs), debtor-initiated petitions for corporate rehabilitation, and corporate debt restructuring during his stints at Puyat Jacinto & Santos, Puno & Puno, and SyCip Salazar Hernandez and Gatmaitan.
