Micaela Kristina V. Glavez is a Partner of the Firm. She is part of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Group, Corporate Group and Technology Media and Telecommunication Group of the Firm. She has extensive experience in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, transactional advisory, and legal due diligence. Her expertise extends to structuring transactions, tax planning, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing cross-border transactions, and facilitating share transfer deals. Mica also assists clients in regulatory compliance for publicly listed companies. She provides valuable assistance to clients in securing secondary licenses from the Securities and Exchange Commission, and guides clients through the process of license applications with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

Mica earned her BS Management degree Major in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University in 2010 and her Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda University in Manila in 2014. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015 and further enhanced her skills by completing the 6th diploma program in Corporate Finance at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business Center for Continuing Education.
