Managing Associate

Alina Gaja joined Cobzac & Partners team in 2020, after practicing law for almost two years in Romania. Alina got a Master's degree in private law at the University of Bucharest, proving passion and perseverance for this branch of law.

Alina Gaja has particular skills in dispute resolution and arbitration, corporate & commercial, insolvency and public procurement. She also attended different professional development courses, including an introductory course to German law, organized by the German Foundation “IRZ” and American law courses organized by The Leavitt Institute. Besides a solid academic background, Alina Gaja was an active and involved student, being elected as ELSA (European Law Students Association) vice-president for academic activities.
