Mr. Jukka Pello is an experienced technology lawyer with a particular focus on the ICT and media sectors. He assists domestic and international technology vendors as well as customers acquiring technology products and services e.g. in IT outsourcing, software development and licensing. He also regularly advises on technology intensive investments, M&A transactions and public procurement engagements.

In addition to the contractual and transactional work, Mr. Pello's practice covers litigation and arbitration across the fields of his expertise. He has also a strong track record in court mediation proceedings and out-of-court settlements.
