Kyösti advises public and private company clients on corporate law, corporate governance, M&A, intellectual property rights and commercial agreements.​ Kyösti has over 24 years of experience in working as an in-house counsel for both public and private equity global corporations. Kyösti has negotiated and executed more than 100 M&A transactions, on all 6 continents.

Kyösti has been trained on the bench in the district court. He was the Chairman of the Finnish Industrial Lawyers' Association from 2006 to 2010.​
