Stanislav Skrypnyk makes a significant contribution to the strategic development of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in legal counselling, specialising in complex litigation, representing and defending businesses before regulatory and law enforcement authorities, supporting investment and day-to-day business activities of companies. He advises foreign investors and national entrepreneurs on corporate, banking and finance law, bankruptcy and debt restructuring projects, investments in construction, real estate and land law.

Stanislav has excellent knowledge of commercial, administrative, civil, tax, labour, land law and related processes. He is particularly skilled in practical application of law as a tool for solving business problems, including analysis and assessment of legal risks, development of response programmes and mitigation of legal risks.

Prior to joining Hillmont Partners, Stanislav managed and led a team of lawyers at a well-known national law firm, representing clients (business entities, corporate officers, business owners and their family members) and protecting their interests before courts and government agencies, coordinated preparation of legal opinions and advice, and ensured the actual implementation of the recommendations provided.

Stanislav also has extensive experience as a legal counsel to corporate businesses, where he coordinated claims and lawsuits, development of corporate governance documents, drafting and legal analysis of commercial contracts, as well as registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
