With more than 20 years’ experience in the Indonesian legal sector, Zacky holds an undergraduate degree in law from the University of Indonesia, a master’s degree in law from Georgetown University in Washington DC, and a master’s degree in public management from the National University of Singapore/Harvard University.

Zacky joined AHP as a partner on 1 October 2014 and has assumed the lead role in AHP’s growing technology, media & telecommunications (TMT) practice. Aside from providing regulatory advisory and preparing documentation on stand-alone TMT transactions, the TMT practice also provides substantive input on transactions managed by related practices at AHP, such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, and Competition. Zacky is also the primary author of AHP’s client updates on TMT matters.
