Martijn van Hall is founder and partner of Van Hall Arbeidsrecht (2006), a Dutch boutique employment law firm. The firm is initiator and co-founder of Innangard, an international employment law alliance. Martijn has been a trusted sparring partner for his clients for more than 30 years. He advises on mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, collective bargaining agreements, as well as complex dismissal cases of senior executives.

Martijn is a true out-of-the-box thinker. His helicopter view enables him to provide strategic advice on comprehensive issues. He has the talent to bring parties in conflicts closer together and always comes up with solutions that are effective and efficient.

Martijn is also an independent mediator.
