Christianne Bouma is one of the partners of Van Hall Arbeidsrecht, a Dutch boutique employment law firm. The firm is initiator and co-founder of Innangard, an international employment law alliance with members all over the world. With 25 years of experience in all aspects of employment law, Christianne has an in-depth understanding of the interests of medium and large national and international companies. She advises her clients on strategically complex employment law issues, balancing the interests of both employer and employee, always with an eye for the human dimension. Christianne is very client-oriented, and advises her clients in a practical manner, where finding a solution is key.

She has extensive experience in corporate reorganisations and individual dismissal cases and is an expert in the field of employment contracts and conditions of employment, such as an Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct or bonus scheme.
