She has extensive experience in corporate reorganisations and individual cases involving rescission or dissolution. She has a special interest in cases involving employee co-determination, and is expert in preparing balanced benefits packages for companies. Initiator and co-founder of Innangard, an international network of affiliated employment law firms.
