She was admitted to the Bar in 1982, entered first to State Commercial Arbitration Register (as it was a central organizational unit of the government existing in the years 1949–1989, established to resolve disputes over property rights, establish legal relations, ensure discipline in the implementation of national economic plans and ensure the implementation of contracts concluded between economic entities).
She has 45 years of legal experience.

State Horticultural Enterprise, where she- prepared legal opinions, handled administrative and employee matters,
- drafted internal legal acts,
- provided opinions on matters falling within the scope of corporate and commercial law,
- litigated employee cases.
Municipal Thermal Power and Energy Enterprise, where she- reviewed contracts with contractors resulting from the Energy Law,
- prepared internal legal acts /orders, regulations, resolutions,
- litigated court cases - civil, criminal, administrative and employment in all instances, including the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court,
- provided advice on current commercial matters,
- participated in disputes and negotiations with energy recipients and end-users,
- reviewed work regulations,
- prepared and reviewed documentation for the General Meetings of the Company,
- helped in preparing documents for the National Court Register,
- reviewed connection agreements to the heating system,
- reviewed tender documentation and conducted tenders,
- trained employees in the field of Labor Law.

- explained interpretational discrepancies of Banking Law and resulting from, among others, inheritance law and business activity,

- cooperated with law enforcement agencies /prosecutor's office, police/,
- assisted in restructuring and debt collection of difficult loans,

Border Sanitary and Epidemiological Station at the Polish Border /5 years/, where she- examined matters arising from the sanitary protection of the state border, in particular sanitary control of goods imported to Poland and the Community countries,
- conducted training for employees in the scope of issued legal acts and regulations,
- examined documentation prepared and kept at the border by Station employees,
- litigated court cases - civil and employment.
State Archives, where she- provided asistance in economic, construction and employee contracts with contractors,
- conducted negotiations together with the Directorate with contractors of large investments, including renovations of major objects,
- examined tender documentation for the aforementioned investments.
State Agricultural Enterprise, where she- prepared a number of tenders for agricultural machinery, including machinery liquidated due to wear and tear,
- conducting these tenders, drew up and provided opinions on contracts with buyers,
- prepared opinions on contracts for the purchase of seed and plant protection products.
Union of Agricultural Production Cooperatives, where she- participated in meetings of the Management Boards of the Union and provided opinions on the agenda,
- assisted in difficult matters to Cooperatives associated in the Union,
- visited Cooperatives and held ad hoc assistance in personnel matters and conducted court cases resulting from disputes with contractors,
- handled employee matters.
Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Company /10 years, 500 employees and 5 trade unions/, where she- prepared opinions on documents, contracts, orders, regulations and a number of internal acts,
- assisted the Work Council in preparing documents for important meetings with the participation of the Management,
- participated with the Management in employee negotiations and matters of the company's operations with the Trade Unions,
- prepared the court case and litigated one of the major criminal cases involving goods stored in warehouses and production,
- drafted civil and employee lawsuits and reports to the police and prosecutor's office, /more than 40 court cases/,
- issued opinions on all economic matters, contracts, orders, sales,
- prepared and conducted tenders for the sale of liquidated equipment,
- participated in staff meetings,
- prepared application for composition proceedings to the Commercial Court.
Craft Cooperative Enterprise /18 years/, where she- prepared internal normative acts, resolutions and orders,
- participated in meetings of the Management Board and Supervisory Boards of the Cooperative members,
- assisted in preparing Regulations and draft resolutions for the General Meetings of the Cooperative, and participated in them by providing answers in the field of law addressed by the participants to the Management Board and explained disputes,
- litigated court cases - civil, criminal and employment,
- conducted tenders for the rental of office premises and business activities,
- prepared contracts and issued opinions on them,
- reviewed employment contracts with employees of the Cooperative,
-conducted numerous debt collections for debtors of the Cooperative,
- reviewed contracts for the purchase of construction materials for members of the Cooperative as part of the construction materials warehouse run by the Cooperative.
State Higher University, where she- litigated multiple employment court cases,

- prepared and filed lawsuits against construction service contractors,
- drafted the University's Work Regulations.
