Career
Adam Domanski has been associated with Kondracki Celej from the day it was founded. Earlier he cooperated with Marcin Kondracki, managing partner and co-founder of Kondracki Celej. He specializes in broadly understood criminal law, including white-collar crime practice and penal fiscal law, as well as disciplinary proceedings in front of competent authorities of professional associations of public interest professions and regulatory authorities.
Adam participates as a defense counsel in the proceedings against Kondracki Celej clients at every stage, from activities related to possible arrest, through investigation proceedings, trial and proceedings before the courts of appeal. He also acts as a representative for victims in front of law enforcement authorities and courts.
He provides services to corporate clients in criminal matters, including advising on mitigation of the criminal liability risk for the members of management and supervisory boards, as well as in the disciplinary and administrative proceedings in front of the regulator.
