Joanna specialises in tax law, in particular in tax disputes. She supports clients in tax audits, customs and tax controls, tax proceedings before the National Tax Administration, as well as before administrative courts. She also advises on tax risk management and liability of management board members.

Joanna has many years of experience working for large companies as well as individual entrepreneurs. Apart from tax disputes, her professional experience to date also includes ongoing tax advisory in the field of CIT, PIT, VAT and RET.

She provides training on tax disputes, tax procedures and changes in taxes.

A graduate of law and economics at the University of Wrocław and the School of German Law, organised in cooperation with Humboldt-Universität Berlin. She completed postgraduate studies in “Accounting and Taxes” and “Mechanisms of Eurozone Operation” at the University of Economics in Wroclaw.
