Agata specializes in legal advice related to the day-to-day service of medium and large enterprises (primarily with foreign capital), in particular in the field of business law, commercial law and labour law.

She has many years of experience in developing and implementing internal regulations (including, among others, regulations, policies and resolutions), current support for HR departments and conducting court proceedings in the field of labour law.

Agata conducts trainings for employees and management staff in the field of labour law. She supports clients in preparing and negotiating contracts commonly used in business transactions.

Her experience also includes legal advice on investment projects concerning, among others, the entry of foreign investors into the Polish market, as well as starting their operations in special economic zones.
