Justyna specializes in advising on compliance and criminal law, in particular business and fiscal law. She has experience in matters related to combating abuses committed to the detriment of entrepreneurs and to the personal interests of managers – primarily their civil, administrative and criminal liability.

Within the area of compliance, she deals implements procedures ensuring compliance of a company’s activity with current national, international and internal regulations of the organization. She supports in building effective compliance systems, in identifying the organization’s internal risks, and creating mechanisms to prevent abuse.

She carries out projects aiming, among others, at reducing the risk of criminal, civil and administrative liability, mapping of liability in the structure of companies and evaluation of the procedures functioning in them. She supports entrepreneurs in preparing procedures in case of audits by state bodies and in criminal proceedings before courts and law enforcement agencies.

She conducts courses on personal responsibility of board members, rules of operational supervision, on detentions, interrogations and other activities carried out by law enforcement agencies, combating money laundering and terrorism financing.

She is actively involved in pro bono activities for, among others, the Association for the Protection of Animals Ecostraż.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. Holder of the following certificates:

in the field of Compliance Management System in accordance with ISO 19600:2014 (later ISO 37301) issued by DEKRA Sp. z o.o., the internal auditor ISO 37001 issued by DEKRA Sp. z o.o., a Compliance Officer issued by the University of Wroclaw.
