Piotr specializes in real estate law, with a particular focus on leases and real estate transactions. He has more than 8 years of professional experience in legal consultancy.

In his professional practice, he has advised on numerous contracts for the sale of industrial and logistics properties, including to foreign investment funds, as well as for future use (both industrial and residential). He has been involved in “sale and leaseback” transactions, in which the sale of a property is combined with its further lease by the seller.

Piotr assists tenants and landlords in negotiating leases for office, commercial, warehouse and production space, including “build to suit” (BTS).

On a daily basis, he advises domestic and foreign companies, among others, from the manufacturing sector (e.g. automotive, home appliances), e-commerce and developers.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw, member of the Wroclaw Bar Association.
