We are delighted to welcome Mansour Vesali to Nami Associates as a Senior Associate.

With over a decade of legal experience in Iran, Mansour has worked with leading domestic and international law firms, as well as corporate entities in Tehran, advising on a wide range of corporate, contract, and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Nami Associates, Mansour served as Legal and Compliance Counsel at Novo Nordisk Iran for over two years, where he focused on legal issues within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in commercial contracts, including sales and distribution agreements, as well as regulatory and compliance matters. His experience in this highly specialized sector brings valuable insight and expertise to our firm.

Beyond his legal practice, Mansour is an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Shahid Beheshti University, where he teaches energy law, with a particular focus on the renewable energy industry and electricity market regulations in Iran.
