Enrico Follieri practices administrative and public law since 1973, has been full professor of administrative law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Foggia until 2018 (formerly at the Faculty of Law of the University of Teramo) and now is professor of Administrative Law at Pegaso University.He is one of the most eminent professor of administrative law in Italy. He published over 170 papers and three books as single author, and many others as editor, dealing with almost every sector of administrative law, but specifically focusing on judicial review on administration.He is editor in chief of an academic journal, “Diritto e processo amministrativo”, ranked in the top class of administrative law journals by the ad hoc national Commission (which is part of ANVUR – the Italian agency for the evaluation of academic research and Universities). He was vice-dean of the University of Foggia from 1999 to 2005, and Director of the School of Law (Scuola di Specializzazione per le Professioni Legali) of the University of Foggia, from its foundation (2001) until 2013.In his over 50-years career as lawyer he provided legal services to many public entities, private companies and entrepreneurs, becoming one of the most renowned lawyers in Italy, specifically as litigator before administrative courts and in renewable energies, public procurement, planning and permitting, healthcare and elections.From at least 35 years, Enrico Follieri is involved in the most valuable and important matters of the Central and Southern Italy and in part of the most important matters all over Italy, appointed by companies and public entities based in many Regions of Italy.
