The team advises on all aspects of public and private mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, with expertise in handling international M&A transactions.
Dispute resolution: (Disputes services are undertaken by sister brand Rosenblatt) the team handles substantial and complex multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes. It has sector expertise in financial services, insolvency, fraud, natural resources, and international trade.
