Joshua has acquired a wide variety of experience in various areas and is adept at handling contentious disputes as well as non- contentious advisory matters for individuals, small and medium enterprises as well as large multi-national corporations. Joshua regularly assists insurance companies in a wide range of insurance claims, from Motor Accident claims to Work Injury Compensation, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Property Damage claims.

While his main focus is on insurance law, his areas of practice extend to contractual disputes, building and construction disputes, employment law and tenancy disputes.

Joshua has also appeared and assisted in a number of trials and appeals at the State Courts and High Court.
