Rodrigo holds a Bachelor of Law degree form the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and is currently a Ph.D. candidate also at USP. As part of the development of his Ph.D. thesis, he was a visiting researcher at the University of Pennsylvania Law School in the 2018-2019 academic year.
