She advises several multinational clients on their India entry strategies, inbound and outbound investments, and foreign exchange laws. She also specializes in corporate governance and ESG (Environment, Social and Governance). MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS/ PRIVATE EQUITY TRANSACTIONS Vendor and buyer due diligences, transaction documentation – term sheets, share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreement, etc., end to end transaction support, joint ventures, business transfer agreements, asset purchase agreements.

GENERAL CORPORATE ADVISORY Legal advice on commercial and corporate laws, including FDI and ODI and employment laws, amongst others.

ESG Legal advice on BRSR implementation, ESG due diligences, drafting of company policies on BRSR reportable metrics.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE Legal advice on board compliance, code of conduct, CSR, regulatory disclosures.
